The 10th Congress of EuroELSO in London, UK
The 10th Congress of EuroELSO (European Chapter of Extracorporeal Life Support Organization) was held from 4 to 6 May 2022 in London, UK. The EuroELSO Scientific Committee has prepared extensive program covering all aspects of extracorporeal life support therapies. Intensivists, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, pediatricians and perfusionists gathered to share their clinical experiences and discuss new technologies and latest directions in research.
Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, our delegation could not be present in London, but on behalf of the ECMO Center of the SI “HI of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine” and the PO “Association of Anesthesiologists, Perfusiologists and Intensive Care Physicians” perfusionist Stepan Maruniak told about our experience ECMO in patients with ARDS caused by COVID-19.
