Coronavirus prevention rules:
Keep your distance, wash your hands, don’t touch your face. Simple things save lives and help you not get infected.
The coronavirus is transmitted dropwise. These are small droplets of saliva that break off the mucous membranes and from the vocal cords.
Therefore, keep in mind that any communication less than 1.5 meters away is a risk factor. Please do not interact in public places without a mask with outsiders.
Hands are the main source of infection that you get from the door handles, from the handrails on the shelves of the store. Money and any other items that you touch that other people have touched can be a source of infection. Therefore, a mask, distance and hand treatment will save you from critical situations, from infection and, ultimately, from bad consequences.
Wash your hands with a disinfectant, treat the handles as often possible with a disinfectant. Take small vials. If there is no alcohol for today – fill them with vodka and process your hands after each touch. Whether it’s an elevator button, whether it’s a door handle, whether it’s a store counter. Wherever you touch your hands with foreign objects, try to process them afterward.
And keep in mind the most important rule – don’t touch your face with your hands. Because there is no guarantee that your hands will be permanently sterile. If you wipe your mouth or wipe your nose, this is already a huge risk factor. Just for the period that we have such an epidemiological situation, forget about your face as an object that you can touch with your hands. Take it for yourself as a rule.
Here are some simple tips. As they say, simple things save lives. If you adhere to this mode then you will have a better chance that you will not get infected, that you will not get sick and you will not end up in the hospital. ”
