Surgery of Stratified Aortic Aneurysm (Type III Sccording to DeBakey) by the Team of Boris Todurov, Heart Institute, Kyiv

Hybrid operation in 2 stages. The operation lasts an average of 5 hours.
Stage I – open. Prosthetics of the ascending aorta and debranching of the arch, anastomosis between the left carotid and left subclavian arteries.
Stage II – endovascular. Endoprosthetics of the arch (from the ascending aorta to the descending one).
